American College of Dubai invites applicants for full time and part time faculty positions (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor) within the Business Department in the following areas:

• Finance
• Marketing
• Human Resource Management
• Operations Management
• Economics

General Requirements:

• A strong commitment to teaching excellence at the undergraduate and graduate levels with at least 3 years of teaching experience in a college/ university
• Demonstrable research ability with recent publications in peer-reviewed journals within the last three years
• Participate proactively in faculty training and professional development initiatives of the college
• Lead and develop external networks leading to overall development and success of the programs
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Candidates with qualifications from western universities will be given preference
