ACCA in ACD
ACD was established in 1990 to offer Business Degrees associated with US Higher Education with an emphasis on widening the perspective of the educated individual. ACD provides its students with professional faculty to develop the intellectual and social foundations necessary to prepare them to lead fulfilling lives in a global society.
The focus of lectures is to impart knowledge that stimulates learning and critical thinking. In tutorials, the emphasis is on the application of knowledge in the real world of business and accounting practices. Modules Structure:(The ACCA examinations are structured as follows)
- Part 1: Knowledge Module (AED 1800 per paper) – F1 Accountant in Business, F2 Management Accountant, F3 Financial Accounting
- Part 2: Skills Module (AED 2000 for F4 & F5 per paper; AED 2400 for F6 to F9 per paper) – F4 Corporate and Business Law, F5 Performance Management, F6 Taxation, F7 Financial Reporting, F8 Audit and Assurance, F9 Financial Management
- Part 3: Essentials Module (AED 2400 per paper) – P1 Professional Accountant, P2 Corporate Reporting, P3 Business Analysis
- Options Module (select any two papers at AED 2600 per paper) – P4 Advanced Financial Management, P5 Advanced Performance Management, P6 Advanced Taxation, P7 Advanced Audit and Assurance
Classes are offered on weekdays from 7 PM to 10 PM (Weekend Option available).
