Library

The library facility is a separate structure which was purpose built during the institution's 2000 expansion program. The collection of over 30,000 volumes is catalogued and arranged according to the Library of Congress Classification. All holdings are held in a computerized database. Open shelving and the computerized database enables prompt, easy access for the students. The teaching faculty, student researchers and librarians are actively involved and supportive of the enhancement and development of the library collection.

There is a constant update of the resource material required for students as a part of the library's policy to ensure that the latest editions are available. The elimination of outdated resource material is conducted on an on-going basis.

A library orientation program is mandatory for all English Composition I students.

Computer terminals are connected to the Internet. Students may access the library database online to view and identify books from the in-house collection. The librarian and library staff will assist you when you use the library. Please do not hesitate to ask for help.
